a large extension to the existing property created a huge open plan living area. the first objective of the project was to help identify the best way to use the space and create a free flowing and open design where the family could be together, while at the same time zoning to accommodate the different functions. once the layout had been secured, the next step was to create a scheme that would work throughout the space - modern, warm and inviting with a hint of luxury.
