private client, lancashire - open plan living space - design concept and layouts

a stunning, contemporary, new build property in the heart of the lancashire countryside. the double height space and huge windows create an amazing, light filled environment. the clients brief was a modern, luxury room where they could relax and entertain. the open plan design and clever zoning allows multiple functions to be achieved in a free flowing way. the space was specifically designed to be inviting, warm and social, with large bespoke sofas in a circular configuration around the stunning fireplace in conjunction with the bar area and piano for the entertainment. the design incorporates luxury materials throughout, with bespoke furniture and statement lighting.
